I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a few nights. I was in town to attend my daughter's AirForce ceremony, which was quite emotional for me. The staff at the hotel, especially the front desk personnel, were absolutely amazing. They greeted me warmly every time and accommodated all my requests. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a variety of options. The hotel facility was well-maintained and visually appealing. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being located off the interstate, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The manager and staff were friendly and easy to talk to, making my stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks, ladies!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area near the highway, making it an easy stopover for those traveling. It's surrounded by nicely landscaped greenery and is very close to plenty of good restaurants. The spacious rooms contain all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Guests can also enjoy the small pool area and gym during their stay.

The breakfast offerings were not great compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel offers great value for money, with updated rooms and comfortable mattresses. We also loved the convenient location right off I-95, surrounded by several restaurants and fast food places. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh items.

Worst aspects of my stay were the poor cleanliness of the bathroom and the lack of attention to detail during the cleaning process. the bathroom was dirty, with used soap left on the tub and dried drops of urine on the toilet.

Room was not as expected, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and front desk clerk was unhelpful.

The room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable king bed, sofa, refrigerator. The hotel was immaculate and well-maintained, from the lobby to the pool area, breakfast area, hallways. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was clean. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn Jacksonville South/I-95 at JTB, I was delighted by the spacious meeting room that comfortably accommodated my seminar of up to 50 people. The availability of a large television for laptop connectivity instead of an LCD projector was a convenient feature. Additionally, the multiple stalls in the restrooms significantly reduced waiting time, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent meeting space and facilities.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jacksonville for a couple of days and had a great experience. The location was convenient, with two excellent restaurants and nearby gas stations. The staff at the hotel were professional yet personable, and the entire facility, including the rooms, was very clean. It was surprisingly quiet, even with two baseball teams staying there. The property had a fresh new look and the staff always had a cheerful attitude. One particular receptionist, an older African-American woman, stood out for her pleasantness and accommodating nature.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our last minute stay at Hampton Inn was delightful! The friendly front desk accommodated our request for extra towels and even gave us a complimentary drink. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were very clean. we highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly and accommodating front desk, always greeted me. Fresh coffee available in lobby. Delicious breakfast offerings, including real eggs and unsweetened cereal. Pest control was readily available and effective. Overall staff was professional and attentive to my needs.
