I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms were in outstanding condition and I loved that they had a new card system, which added an extra layer of security. Thirdly, the breakfast had some unique food options, which was a nice surprise. Lastly, the location was great; there were many area restaurants and the prices were reasonable.

The hotel's location was close to a fun activity we were partaking in, and there were many good restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the clean and updated room, which had a comfortable bed. The bathroom had good water pressure, which made for a great shower experience.

The hotel's location was too close to a busy freeway, and there was constant traffic noise that disturbed our sleep.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Knoxville for a business trip. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and quickly addressed any issues I had. I also loved the cozy gas firepit outside and the proximity to great restaurants.

The rooms were quite small and outdated. the pillows were extremely soft, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The room was top-notch, everything was clean, and all the amenities were up-to-date and in perfect working condition.

Kim at Breakfast went above and beyond to cater to my gluten-free and vegetarian diet, providing gluten-free bread and a meat-free omelet. She was a ray of sunshine, taking care of everyone's needs and engaging in friendly conversation. the hotel's location was convenient for meeting friends, and the sitting area near the elevator on our floor was a perfect place to gather. the Middle Eastern restaurant across the street, Mama Mia, was excellent and provided a delicious evening experience. the hotel provided excellent customer service and was the highlight of our 3-month road trip.
