I had a lovely stay at this hotel and was impressed with several aspects. the service provided by the staff was exceptional. April, the manager, was incredibly understanding and helpful during my interactions with her prior to my arrival. The entire staff at the hotel was focused on providing exceptional service, from offering complimentary bottled water upon check-in to ensuring the room was comfortable and the TV was already on. Additionally, the mobility access bathroom was outstanding, with extra rails and a fantastic WaterPic shower head that could be adjusted to different levels.
