I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to popular attractions. The staff treated me like family and provided exceptional service.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the bustling Financial District. Its proximity to the seaport allows for easy access to attractions and dining options. The staff at this hotel is simply outstanding - they warmly greeted us and ensured that our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than sufficient and the view of the nearby Brooklyn Bridge added a touch of charm to our stay.

The staff at the hotel, both at reception and during breakfast, were fabulous. They were friendly, positive, and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it allowed us to walk to the 9/11 Museum and One World Observatory. There were also two subway stations nearby and it was right next to the Brooklyn Bridge. The beds and room were comfortable, and we particularly liked having two queen beds so that our family could stay together. The housekeeping staff even brought us extra pillows when we requested them. The breakfast person was eager to assist with making waffles or any other requests. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. The reception even discounted our parking fees, which were initially higher than advertised.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The hotel was quite small and there was a lack of soundproofing, resulting in a lot of noise coming from the street and other guests.

We had a pleasant experience at Hampton Inn. It was very easy to get to, just a short walk from the Metro station. We were greeted warmly by the staff and they allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient.

Great value for the money, with a spacious and larger than average room. The location was convenient for exploring both south Manhattan and Brooklyn, and the staff at the reception and breakfast were incredibly helpful and kind.

Great location, safe, near One World Trade Centre and Brooklyn Bridge. Delicious breakfast, freshly cooked and hot. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent-sized room with a fabulous view of the World Trade Centre. Complimentary 24/7 coffee and tea. Nice market close by for shopping.

Great location, just a short walk from the subway and right next to the Brooklyn Bridge. The room was a good size and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend this hotel.

The room had a great view of the city skyline and was filled with natural light. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, with attractions like Battery Park, the 9/11 Museum, and the Brooklyn Bridge within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant.

The breakfast area was too small and chaotic, making it difficult to enjoy the included breakfast. The room also had some issues, like a lack of hand soap and towels on arrival.

What an amazing find in the historic Seaport district! The staff were so helpful, our lovely room was available for early check-in, and there was excellent coffee on tap 24/7. Add on the complimentary hot breakfast and this hotel is a real winner, you can't beat it for the price.
