The breakfast staff, especially Reggie and Dovid, provided exceptional service, ensuring guests were happy during busy times. The make-your-own waffle station was a delightful touch that made each morning special.

The hotel exudes a retro glamour that captivates! My delightful stay included a spacious room and complimentary coffee on-site. Just a short walk to Broadway and Central Park—perfect for sightseeing! I appreciated the lounge area with cozy sofas and a fire. Each morning, I indulged in the excellent breakfast, although seating proved challenging at times.

I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and had amenities needed for a simple stay. The location made planning our daily itinerary easy. One morning, I found the breakfast area overwhelmed, but the team did their best to keep things running. I enjoyed the simple on-site cafe options for breakfast too.

We walked to Times Square and loved exploring Bryant Park. The location's perfect for getting around. The beds were comfy and we could check in early. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast had great options. Definitely try nearby Mexican and Turkish spots for yummy food!

One downside was that the fitness center was small and lacked some equipment and supplies. Not a deal-breaker, but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning to work out during your stay.

great location and awesome breakfast service!

stayed here for 2 nights with my partner and loved it! the location was perfect, not too crazy but close to everything. the breakfast crew was super friendly, they helped us with special requests for our vegetarian diet. just wish the dining area had a bit more space during busy mornings.

Great spot for shows and site seeing! the room had a refrigerator which was super handy and the view of the city was awesome! staff were super polite and helpful, making our stay really enjoyable.
