I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase and was impressed by its convenience for business travelers, with easy access to Penn Station, Grand Central Station, and major public transportation. The 24-hour reception and business center were especially helpful for my work needs, and the wireless Internet access was reliable. Additionally, the fitness room allowed me to stay active during my stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities within the hotel. This would have been beneficial for organizing meetings and presentations related to the product showcase, providing a more comprehensive business experience.

We easily secured tickets to a fantastic show, thanks to the friendly concierge who was incredibly helpful. It saved us so much time and hassle, making our trip even more memorable.

My wife says that having a small play area for kids in the lobby would have been a nice addition.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a fantastic location. It was centrally located between Central Park and Times Square, making it easy to explore all the main downtown areas. The rooms were comfortable, with 2 queen beds that were perfect for my older kids. The basic amenities were all there, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice added value, with many selections to choose from.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for sightseeing, as it was centrally located between Central Park and Times Square. We were able to easily explore all the main downtown areas from here. The staff provided outstanding customer service and were always pleasant and helpful with our requests. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a kitchenette. The free breakfast options were delicious, and the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception made our stay even more convenient. this place exceeded our expectations with its wonderful location and excellent services.
