J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant deux nuits et j'ai été ravi de sa localisation centrale et proche de la station de tramway, ainsi que de sa proximité avec de nombreux restaurants. La chambre était confortable avec une grande salle de bains. Le service fourni par le personnel était excellent et le petit-déjeuner était délicieux avec un bon choix au buffet. De plus, la vue depuis la chambre donnant sur le jardin intérieur était très agréable.

Le canapé-lit était un peu inconfortable pour dormir.

We easily secured tickets to a fantastic show, thanks to the friendly concierge who was incredibly helpful. It saved us so much time and hassle, making our trip even more memorable.

My wife says that having a small play area for kids in the lobby would have been a nice addition.

Loved being in the center of everything, close to attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Enjoyed the convenience of late check-out and complimentary amenities like the fitness center and coffee/tea.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a fantastic location. It was centrally located between Central Park and Times Square, making it easy to explore all the main downtown areas. The rooms were comfortable, with 2 queen beds that were perfect for my older kids. The basic amenities were all there, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice added value, with many selections to choose from.
