The location was so convenient, right off the interstate and still close enough to the historic district. It made access easy to all the attractions. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout my stay.

One downside was the lack of soundproofing in the room. I could hear noise from outside, including traffic and housekeeping carts, which was disruptive at times.

My stay at Hampton Inn was fantastic! I was traveling to visit my son who is stationed at Belle Chasse, LA and this hotel was conveniently located halfway between Fort Worth, TX and Belle Chasse. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff provided excellent service and showed wonderful southern hospitality. I have been staying at this hotel for years and will continue to do so.

The location was perfect for us, as it was halfway between where my son is stationed in Belle Chasse, LA and Fort Worth, TX where I live. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location of this hotel is where I noticed the greatest improvement. It was easy to get to and not too far from the historic downtown area. Additionally, the rooms were very clean, well lit, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were better than I expected.

There were good choices of hot breakfast with a good variety of food to choose from. The room was clean, neat and had everything in full working order. Housekeeping was courteous and did a good job cleaning the room.

There was only one staff member who didn't fulfill the maid service request provided on check-in despite notifying them multiple times.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, really adding to the Christmas spirit. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised to find appetizers and drinks offered in the bar area when we arrived. the breakfast in the morning was also quite good. Plus, the beds were comfortable as always at this type of hotel.

There were a few negatives during our stay. we specifically requested maid service for one of our rooms, but it was never provided.
