We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Omaha, NE. The location was great, as it was near the highway and within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided had a wide variety of choices, and the hotel facilities, such as the pool, spa, and exercise room.

The rooms were well maintained and the hotel was clean. the location was great, with a convenient parking lot nearby and a Walmart just across the street. It was also a quick 15-minute drive to the zoo. the breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff constantly refilled and kept it clean. the pool and hot tub were also very clean and enjoyable.

There were a few things that could have been improved. Our fridge did not work during our stay, and in our friends' room, the microwave was missing a glass dish, making it unusable.

My reservation was for a two-bedroom room, but I was given a king bed suite. As there were three of us, it was difficult to all sleep in one bed, so I ended up sleeping on the couch the first night, which was quite uncomfortable.

The staff at Hampton Inn Omaha Midtown-Aksarben Area was truly amazing! They were always friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
