Great location with solid amenities

This place is super convenient, especially the 24/7 shuttle. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is pretty good with lots of options. Rooms are comfy and clean. Just wish the bathroom setup was better; the faucet dripped all night, which was annoying. a decent spot for a quick stay!

The outstanding service at Hampton Inn made our stay truly memorable. From the warm welcome as Hilton Honor members to the helpful advice from Chico, we felt well taken care of. Chico even ensured that we could charge our electric vehicle by using an outlet outside the hotel. The shuttle service to the airport was friendly and efficient, although the return wait time was a bit longer than expected. we had an excellent experience with the hotel and staff.

I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities. Despite a few minor issues, the comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and exceptional shuttle service make it a great choice for a stay in Orlando.

I was stopping over in Orlando before my flight home and stayed at the Hampton Inn. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. I loved the included breakfast with its wide selection, and the availability of tea and coffee throughout the day. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus, as it only took a few minutes to reach. a great experience.

I have to give credit where credit is due. The value for money was great, especially for a weekend before Christmas. The room was clean and conveniently located near our favorite restaurants. The staff, from the cool-headed concierge to the cheerful attendant at the breakfast bar, treated us with utmost care and professionalism.

Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and even gave my kids extra treats during breakfast. The make-your-own waffle station was a hit with the kids. The hotel had a great selection of tea, coffee, and beverages. The parking was full, but they allowed us to park on the front side curb with no rush to move it in the morning. The shuttle service was very convenient and ran 24/7. it was a perfect place for a short-term stay.

The hotel was undergoing some construction during our stay, which made it inconvenient with only one elevator working for the entire hotel. On Friday night, we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come to the stuck elevator, and when no one arrived, we ended up climbing seven floors to our room.
