We stayed here for an overnight trip and were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff, especially Brian and Bianca, were polite and helpful. We appreciated the text communication to ensure our room was to our satisfaction. The hotel manager, Eliona, went above and beyond with her customer service. The beds were comfortable, and despite being told breakfast ended at 9:30am, we were still able to enjoy it when we arrived at 10am. a personal and enjoyable hotel experience.

The staff, particularly Jose and the front desk staff, went above and beyond to assist us with some non-hotel-related matters. Every employee we encountered was friendly and had a smile for us. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and is in close proximity to all the pageant activities. We received welcome emails before our stay and a check-in email during our stay to ensure everything was going well. the service level at this hotel was exceptional.

Conveniently located with easy access to the turnpike and surrounding restaurants, this hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was ample and tasty, and we appreciated the opportunity to use the amenities of the nearby Hilton hotel. The freezer was a bit too strong, but it did keep our drinks refreshingly cold.

Some noise from the hallway could be heard during the night, but it did not detract from an overall enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, situated close to major bus routes and with easy access to nearby attractions. Another great feature of the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. They were attentive to our requests and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day.

One downside was the limited elevator capacity and occasional outages during our stay. This led to longer wait times and inconvenience, especially during peak hours.

This meant that we were able to enjoy the use of their pool, restaurants, bars, and even Starbucks. It truly enhanced our stay and made it even more enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, accommodating staff went out of their way to help and always had a smile. Lobby is beautifully decorated. Walking distance to a great steakhouse. Even during a challenging time, staff remained professional, friendly, and attentive.

The property's convenient location near the highway, clean rooms, affordable rates compared to other hotels, polite staff , well-landscaped surroundings with ponds and birds, helpful and friendly server at the bar.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, nestled in a campus-like area with plenty of amenities. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and welcoming staff to the room service and housekeeping. We appreciated the spacious and clean room with all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The highlight of our stay was definitely the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which we took advantage of every day. The spa & wellness center was also a great addition, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.
