Dean was warm and attentive, even moving me to a different room when I discovered someone had been smoking in mine. Catherine promptly addressed an issue with hot water and even refunded my room cost when the problem persisted. The staff also accommodated my mobility needs by providing an early check-in room near the elevator. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast choices were extensive, and they even sold beer and wine. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and excellent value.
