The pool area had a strong chlorine smell, making it hard to enjoy. But, the comfy king suite with the whirlpool was a sweet way to unwind. Chur!

i was almost inclined to leave a good review, but the hot tub was non operational, and the filthy carpet in my room made it impossible. i expected SOMETHING special given the circumstances but just got a mediocre experience. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a nice touch, but clearly that's too much to ask here.

The pool area had a wobbly handrail that felt unsafe when entering the swimming pool.

The hotel was perfectly located for exploring nearby attractions like Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with plenty of delicious options, from make-your-own waffles to hot eggs and bacon, served in a spacious dining area. The room was modern, clean, and had a wonderfully comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep.

The brekkie was lekker with all the options—eggs, bacon, make-your-own waffles, and good coffee. Staff were sharp-sharp with check-in and super friendly, making us feel right at home. Also, the bed was of course flippin comfy!
