I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel in Richmond. the service at the front desk was exceptional - the lady was incredibly accommodating when I had an issue. the front desk clerk offered us water and a little snack upon our late evening check-in. the breakfast hostess was also amazing. Despite it being her first solo day, she handled everything with ease, keeping the tables clean and the food fresh. I was impressed by her efficiency and friendly demeanor. the updated decor of the hotel was also very nice. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The common areas were especially welcoming and offered a nice escape from the media tension in the country right now. The service was excellent, from the room amenities to the staff's attentiveness. The hotel was clean, and the room came with everything I needed, including air conditioning, a bath/shower, and ironing facilities. I appreciated the free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. The indoor swimming pool and fitness centre were a great way to relax after a long day.

The hotel facilities were clean, especially in the common areas, which was a plus considering all the media tension in the country right now. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was nice, clean, and had the perfect baby bed for our little one. We loved the nice touch of a rubber ducky in the room. The hotel facilities, especially the pool area, were also very nice and clean. The staff at the front desk offered us water and a little snack when we checked in late in the evening, and they were very pleasant to chat with. The breakfast area was well-maintained and the food looked fresh even at 8am. The location of this hotel was great, as it was close to the Interstate, shopping, and dining options. We will definitely stay here again!

The breakfast selection was great, with a good variety that changed every couple of days. The hotel is conveniently located near Eastern Kentucky University.
