Diverse breakfast selection was enjoyable.

Our check-in experience was incredibly frustrating. We arrived well after the official check-in time only to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. When we finally got to our room, it had a musty odor, and the furniture showed obvious signs of heavy wear and stains. Honestly, for the amount we paid, I expected a much better experience.

Had a canny time here! The staff were proper friendly, got a right warm welcome. Loved that room was clean and tidy. made me feel right at home. But, I did struggle a bit with the slow Wi-Fi. Would come back, though!

Had a fantastic time! The room was equipped with air conditioning, a desk, a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing. The fitness center was a plus too! Loved the complimentary tea and coffee maker. Plenty of free toiletries and comfy feather pillows made it feel like home.

The entire establishment screams for a renovation!!! Stains on furniture, musty odors, and lack of proper maintenance left much to be desired. How can they justify such high rates without updating the place? !!!

The staff here were so friendly and actually checked in on us, which was a nice touch. The brekkie in the morning filled us up nicely before hitting the road, and we had a decent little braai setup on the patio. Comfy beds, ja, no, just lekker overall!

Just a bit of a hassle getting there off the freeway, but not the end of the world.

The pet-friendly policy was a big plus, making our stay comfortable and convenient. On the downside, it took over two hours to receive extra towels, which was frustrating.

the staff here is super nice, always smiling and helpful. breakfast was amazin with lots of options like omelets and fresh fruit. the rooms were clean and comfy, made me feel right at home. really liked the free tea and coffee maker, good touch! the pool area looked pretty nice too, might use it next time!

the parking lot entrance is super poorly lit, hard to find. also, they really need more handicap parking spots.

Wi-Fi was strong, and the outdoor pool was great for a quick relax. Lacked proper luggage storage.

hampton inn has a good location, making it easy to get around. my king room was clean and had a comfy bed. the staff was friendly and helped reset my card for the laundry. i also loved the complimentary breakfast that kept me fueled for the day.

how excruciatingly disappointing! It took over an hour and a half to get our room, and the furniture was not only stained but smelled musty. As a paying guest, I almost expected a complimentary upgrade for my trouble but was treated like anyone else. I just couldn’t fathom the lack of hospitality. 2 stars for effort, I suppose.
