We were able to walk everywhere, including shopping areas, trams, and accessing SOMA. it was very close to a big bus tour stop, which was convenient for us as tourists wanting to explore the city. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options.

Finding parking was nearly impossible, and the valet parking service was expensive.

The hotel had a great location, being close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of Union Square and the cable car. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a fabulous coffee shop called Blue Bottle Cafe next door. The room was small but had all the necessary facilities, including 24-hour coffee/tea and comfortable beds. The breakfast, which was included in the price, had a good selection of toast, cereal, and yogurt.

Excellent customer service at front desk and breakfast room. Corner room on higher floor was quiet and comfortable. Almond milk and friendly staff made breakfast enjoyable. Modern and clean place, housekeeping met all requests with a smile.
