During my recent stay in St. Louis, I found the hotel to be a great choice for my trip. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. I especially liked the key card system, which made entering my room a breeze. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning shower. Despite being close to the airport, the noise level was surprisingly low, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, although I didn't get a chance to try it out.

While my overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. I also found it inconvenient that the hotel required a $100 deposit upfront, in addition to the room fee.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.

The rooms were clean and the front desk staff were all very friendly. The bathroom appeared to have gone through a renovation in the past couple years, and there was a mini fridge and a microwave in the TV console. The WiFi worked well in the room, and there were both softer/flatter pillows and denser pillows to pick from. The breakfast had several choices, including a waffle station, packaged muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage patties. The coffee labeled light roast was definitely very dark roast, but diluted in milk it was fine.

The AC unit was loud and the toilet seat wasn't a soft close seat and banged loudly. There were also noise issues with thin walls, where we were woken up by a next door guest knocking on their door at midnight, and in the morning, we could hear people waking up and moving about upstairs.

Great location, free shuttle, clean rooms with comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff, wonderful complimentary breakfast, convenient dining options nearby.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel offered excellent value with its convenient location near the airport and metro station. The hearty breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for touring around the city.

While the room and hallways were clean and the beds relatively comfortable, the pillows were a bit small. The outside noise, including the constant beeping of shuttle vans and loud airplane sounds, made it difficult to sleep well.

The friendly and welcoming front desk staff made our stay memorable. Convenient location near the airport and easy parking. Delicious breakfast with maple sausages and western omelette. Excellent staff morale and service.

This hotel is a great value for money. The 24-hour shuttle makes it very convenient for travelers. The rooms have nice comfortable bedding with 2 double beds and the staff is exceptionally helpful and professional.

We loved staying here! It was so convenient to be right across the street from the airport, and there were a few restaurants located nearby that we enjoyed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-stocked with amenities like tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers - what a great way to relax!

We found the hotel to be conveniently located, not far from activities and close to the airport with a shuttle to California. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful directions and suggestions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the ample counter space in the bathrooms. The hotel also had a safe and convenient place for parking motorcycles.

The elevators were in need of repair and the parking situation was difficult, requiring us to wait for an open spot.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn near the airport for a quick overnight trip. The location was perfect, just a quick walk across the street from the EZ-Park. I also appreciated having Bandanas BBQ right next door for a delicious meal. The rooms were clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly. The bathroom looked recently renovated, although there was no hand towel rack. The beds were comfortable and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the WiFi worked well. a great stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location. It was super close to the airport, just a short walk across the street from the parking lot. The fact that there were six other hotels within walking distance was a pleasant surprise. The airport shuttle service was excellent, running 24/7 and arriving within just 2 minutes of us requesting it. The staff, particularly Brian at the front desk and Joann, were extremely accommodating and provided excellent customer service. They were helpful in recommending local restaurants and even assisted us in returning our rental car early.

Can't fault anything about it.
