Comfortable beds and efficient front desk staff.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, I noticed hair in the bathroom and dirt on the floors. When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, their response was slow and it wasn't addressed until I left. Overall, it overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.

The queen room was spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave and fridge. However, the hotel showed signs of wear with maintenance issues like a squeaky tub. Given the safety concerns in the area, this hotel is better for families or short stays who prioritize a comfortable room.

It was just a fitting option for an overnight stop in Albuquerque with fantastic value. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me with my luggage to the elevator when they saw I was having trouble. Try to park close to the entrance for peace of mind.

Noise from the interstate is disruptive, and maintenance issues like squeaky tubs and faulty air conditioning need attention!!! Consider improving neighborhood safety perceptions to enhance guest comfort!!!

I enjoyed my stay overall, the queen room was spacious and cozy. However, cleanup would improve as I noticed some wear in the bathroom. A tip for future guests, stay alert when using the parking lot, as foot traffic from the area can be noticeable. Eat at the local diner nearby for great breakfast options.
