The King Jr. suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a fully stocked kitchen. The breakfast in the morning had a variety of options, including make-your-own Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, and more. The housekeeping staff was friendly and ensured that both rooms I stayed in were spotless.

I had a billing issue, but it was resolved by the general manager after my checkout.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we checked in, they were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. We were pleasantly surprised by the great customer service we received throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel room and lobby were kept very clean, which made us feel comfortable and at home.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the beds in our room were not as clean as we would have expected.

This hotel has an amazing location! It's super close to tons of restaurants and shops, making it really convenient to grab a quick bite or go shopping. The room service is great and they offer a laundry service which came in really handy during my stay. I loved the sitting area in my room which was really comfortable and the bath was great for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were really attentive, responding to any request promptly.
