Great Stay, Exceptional Service

I recently stayed at a hotel near Austin for a robotics competition. As it was graduation weekend in Austin, the prices were incredibly high. Thankfully, I found this hotel nearby at a reasonable price. The location was convenient with easy access to Austin. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always helpful and welcoming, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and had enough staff to meet the guests' needs. Although there was a minor issue with the breakfast due to a flooded kitchen, the staff handled it well and served a donut and coffee instead. The room itself was comfortable and clean, exceeding my expectations. Despite a with an advertised indoor pool and hot tub being out of service, I must say that overall, my stay was enjoyable. I found the hotel to be a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to others based on my positive experience.

As party people, we loved the awesome staff and the comfortable beds. The room met all our expectations and had plenty of extras like a desk light that doubled as a night light, USB/electronic device outlets, and even a complete sofa bed setup. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and will definitely reserve again!

The hotel had excellent facilities such as an indoor pool, gym, and business center. The rooms were nice and the cleanliness was outstanding. We appreciated the multiple exits and entrances, which made it convenient for us to come and go. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, understanding, and helpful. They accommodated all our needs and provided top-notch service. The location of this hotel was ideal, with easy walking access to shopping at a nearby Walmart and various restaurants. We were even able to find a liquor store within walking distance, which was a bonus. This city has plenty to offer in terms of dining and shopping options, and it was a great base for exploring nearby Houston or Austin.

The property was clean and comfortable, centrally located, with helpful staff. The room was well-appointed and the bedding and mattress were great. The breakfast exceeded expectations and the staff provided thoughtful extras like infused water and warm cookies. The staff was gracious and accommodating, especially to my elderly mother.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect with easy access to local stores and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities we needed. Also, we loved the hot breakfast included each morning.

Loved the fact that the hotel had an indoor pool. It was a great way to relax and have fun during our Christmas stay. the breakfast provided by the hotel was a total blessing. It had a wide variety of hot and cold options, perfect to start the day.

The Wi, Fi connection was a bit problematic during our stay. It would constantly disconnect, and we had to clear cookies and restart our device several times.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing - they went above and beyond to be wonderful hosts during a freezing winter storm. The rooms are large, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The country view from the back of the hotel is lovely. The location is great for a wedding we attended, as it was recommended by the couple getting married due to its spacious and affordable rooms.

Conveniently located near major retailers and freeway. Clean and comfortable rooms with proper amenities like USB ports, lights, and AC. Friendly staff, including a clerk who worked on the day before her wedding and a helpful kitchen personnel. Good breakfast and well-maintained dining area. a great stay for events and explorations around the area.

Comfortable Bed and Great Location

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn, I was delighted to find a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The sheets were of good quality and the room was well-maintained. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the friendly staff. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. Although the hot tub was out of order during my stay, the overall experience at Hampton Inn was great and I would highly recommend it.

As youngsters, we loved the comfortable beds, complete with sofa bed bedding. The room had unexpected extras like a night light and multiple charging ports.
