The breakfast options were plentiful, perfect for traveling with teenagers. The 24-hour pool and jacuzzi were a great amenity to have. The hotel's location, just a block away from a large mall with a movie theater and plenty of dining options, made it easy to explore and enjoy the area.

I was initially overcharged at check-in, which was frustrating. I should have disputed it, but I was in a hurry.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Bend for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, with a shopping mall and movie theater within walking distance. The staff at breakfast were amazing, and the breakfast itself had a great variety of options, from hot oatmeal to cold cereals. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and despite there being a concert nearby, it was surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We got great value for our money with a clean room and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, right across from the Old Mill District, and the staff treated us incredibly well.

The room was beautifully appointed, and the property itself was stunning. I loved that this hotel is located close to the river, right next to the bridge. It's also conveniently close to everything, with nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. The cleanliness was top-notch, as I saw a housekeeper on hands and knees cleaning the floor. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a pool, hot tub, exercise room, business center, and conference rooms. The free continental breakfast had a lot of options to choose from compared to other hotels. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops, and the gorgeous Deschutes River flowed right past it. The convenience and beauty of the surroundings were unbeatable.

For us it was ideal

We stayed at Hampton Inn for three nights while attending a concert at the amphitheater. The staff was helpful and the location was perfect for us to walk to the venue. The hotel is relatively new and is located near restaurants and shopping. There is a wonderful walking path along the river, with outside dining options to enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast offered a clean dining room with plenty of tables. a great experience!

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was exceptional. The location was fantastic, right across from the Old Mill area. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, especially when we had an issue with our reservation. They promptly resolved it and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The hotel room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the river walk, restaurants, shopping. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bend!

The only minor drawbacks were that the air conditioner didn't cool the room as much as we would have liked, and the doors tended to slam shut, causing some noise. However, these issues did not significantly impact our overall experience.
