Great location for business travelers, with easy access and friendly front desk staff. the room and bathroom were clean and of adequate size for 2 people.

The hotel is overpriced for the quality it delivers. the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and outdated fruits.

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that are more affordable than similar hotels we have stayed at. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, going out of their way to help guests. Basic amenities are provided in the rooms, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location is convenient and easy to find for out-of-town guests.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved.

The hotel had recently renovated public areas which were lovely and comfortable, with plenty of seating. the daily breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of menu items that changed each day. the food was served at the right temperature and the staff kept the items well supplied. Additionally, the conference facilities were well-maintained and met our needs, with coffee and tea always available. the hot water supply in my clean and well-appointed suite was excellent, allowing for a relaxing bath after a long day.

There were a few downsides to my stay. my room choice was not what I had requested.

This hotel is a great value for money! The staff are attentive and helpful, and the rooms with whirlpool tubs are amazing. The sleeper sofa was also a nice touch for when we had friends over. We really appreciated the variety of breakfast options and the high quality of the food.

Everything was just wonderful. We came for our dream car and the hotel was perfectly located, just a 1 minute drive away. On top of that, there was a gorgeous Japanese restaurant just a minute walk away. The room had an extra sofa and was equipped with everything we needed and more, including thoughtful touches like a shower cap, makeup remover napkin and mouthwash. The breakfast was fantastic and catered to everyone's tastes and dietary needs, including Weight Watchers. The lobby was beautiful, the staff friendly, and the pool area was serene. A great stay within our budget.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in West Ashley and had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to my new business venture. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was clean and well-stocked. The only minor drawback was a slight odor in the hallway, but it didn't affect my overall stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn in West Ashley.

The location of this hotel was awesome, as it was easy to find and close to everything in Charleston. The breakfast here was excellent, with a wide variety of choices including hot options. The front desk staff and kitchen staff in the morning were incredibly friendly and helpful. The woman at the front desk even provided great advice on which beach to visit for early morning access. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job, making sure the rooms were clean and fresh.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a comfortable room and friendly staff. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short drive away from Charleston's historical sites and within reach of Hilton Head Island.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff who made us feel welcome and valued as guests. They were quick to assist us with any questions or requests we had throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and delicious chocolate chip cookies in the evening.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom could use some updating and maintenance, as the wallpaper was peeling and the grout near the tub appeared worn.

As adults, we appreciated the attentive service, clean room, and comfortable bed. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious and the convenience station was a nice touch. The location was convenient for our needs.

Our stay at Hampton Inn was fantastic! The breakfast was perfect. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The pool was also great for our family. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.
