I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was fantastic, always greeting me with a friendly smile and making me feel welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the heated indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Close to many restaurants, the location was convenient for exploring the city. it was a fantastic first time experience.

Great Experience. Facilities are well maintained and the room was excellent. The complimentary Wi-Fi was useful for our family. The check-in service was outstanding. The fitness room had the needed equipment for a good sweat. Continental breakfast was just right for light breakfast eater.

Most of the breakfast was not geared toward my healthful needs as a diabetic. The A/C in Room 621 seemed like only half of the unit was working.

As party people, we loved the location close to the mall with great views and without the noise. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast bar was one of the best we've had. The heated pool was also awesome!

The Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga/Hamilton Place offered a fantastic experience with its classy bar and a free hot buffet breakfast including a waffle station. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind, and the 24-hour business center was convenient for my work needs. The framed floral prints added a nice touch to the decor.

While the overall cleanliness was good, the room could have been a bit cleaner. The beds were not made, and there was trash that needed to be taken out.
