The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the hotel's location was convenient, close to the mall, restaurants, and entertainment venues. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious, with a microwave and small refrigerator for leftovers.

The breakfast staff could improve their service and make sure there is enough food available until the end of breakfast time. the sewer smell in the bathroom was unpleasant and should be addressed.

We had a pleasant stay at Hampton Inn. The hotel's location was perfect, with a nice outlet mall nearby. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The staff was initially great and the breakfast was decent. Although we had an issue with our room, they offered to move us, but we opted to stay. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved despite a visit from the staff. However, the manager did compensate us for one night. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Dallas for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, with an outlet mall right next door and many restaurants close by. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options. The pool was clean and perfect for both kids and adults, with a reasonable depth. the price was very reasonable and I loved my stay here.

The free breakfast and wifi were a nice touch during my xmas stay. the location was also convenient since it was close to many shopping centers. the room was also big enough for me and my family which made it comfortable.

The trash was not emptied in the lobby, and the overflowing trash cans were not a great first impression. the pool area was also unkempt, with no towels available and trash left on the floor.

Some guests experienced billing issues and had difficulty getting a response from the management. the parking lot was a bit challenging to maneuver in and out of.

I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the beautifully decorated lobby to the well-appointed rooms with a great desk for working. The location of the hotel was perfect for shopping lovers, being right next to the Allen Premium Outlets and a shopping center. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

There were great leisure facilities like a fitness centre and a game room, and the staff made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay.
