I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Dallas for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, with an outlet mall right next door and many restaurants close by. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options. The pool was clean and perfect for both kids and adults, with a reasonable depth. the price was very reasonable and I loved my stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, right next to a new massive outlet mall and in the north Dallas area. It was also very close to the Premium outlet mall, which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that the hotel had parking available and was conveniently located near the Cheesecake Factory, which I adore.

Nothing could have been better.

Spacious and clean room with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. the staff was polite and helpful. the free breakfast offered a variety of options and changed daily. the hotel's location was convenient, with many eateries nearby, an outlet mall next door, and a regular mall across the highway. It was easy to access from the Dallas Love Airport and there were plenty of shopping options in the area. Despite being close to the highway, the rooms were quiet and peaceful. the hotel also had a snack shop, a workout center, and ice on every floor.

Some guests experienced billing issues and had difficulty getting a response from the management. the parking lot was a bit challenging to maneuver in and out of.

This hotel has so much to offer! The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the beautifully decorated lobby to the well-appointed rooms with a great desk for working. The location of the hotel was perfect for shopping lovers, being right next to the Allen Premium Outlets and a shopping center. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the outlets and dining areas. It was convenient to have everything within a few miles. The hotel's proximity to the elevators was also a plus.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient for our Christmas plans. The hotel offered a great rate for a suite with breakfast included, which was a nice bonus. The size of the queen suite was perfect for our family of five, and the additional amenities like the pullout sofa and Texas themed waffle maker made our stay enjoyable.

Our experience at this hotel was not what we expected. The front desk staff seemed disorganized and forgetful, as they failed to provide us with a parking pass, resulting in our car getting towed.
