I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and professional, treating me with respect and ensuring that I was well taken care of. They even allowed me to check in early. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with refreshing odors in every corner. The location was perfect for attending a concert at the nearby BB&T Center, and the hotel's facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, and the parking was ample.

Located conveniently near Sawgrass Mills mall, this hotel catered to our needs during our visit for a concert. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the service from the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and hot coffee. This hotel offers multiple facilities, such as a gym and outdoor pool, and the view from our room was breathtaking.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful attitudes. the room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail in keeping it in good condition. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near two major malls, making it easy to go shopping or enjoy some local entertainment.

One downside to our stay was the location of the hotel. There were not many nearby shops or restaurants, apart from a Dunkin Donuts, and the access to and from the hotel was a bit challenging unless you used the toll road.

The hotel had a very attractive pool and grounds, and I loved the shuttle service. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they worked hard to resolve any issues.

Our trip started with us going to a different hotel which was horrific. My husband and son didn't wish to stay. We were tired, hungry, and greatly in need of a shower after driving for two days from New Jersey to Georgia then Ft Lauderdale for some business matters. When we arrived at Hampton Inn, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. Loved having the ice machine not too far from our room. It's a bit pricey but well worth it. Breakfast was very good. I loved that it was away from everything, very quiet. Money well spent!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is so convenient for shopping as it's directly across from the mall. The staff was absolutely amazing - so helpful, friendly, and attentive. We loved the free Wi-Fi in rooms, and the room was equipped with everything we needed like ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a flat-screen TV. The swimming pool was a nice bonus for leisure time.
