I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations on things to do in the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation right outside the hotel. The room was clean, and the breakfast was always well-stocked. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Kansas City!

Another minor inconvenience was that my food delivery was mishandled by the front desk, resulting in it being stolen. This left me without any food for the entire day and night.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Suites in the Crossroads area for one night during the MR340 race. The hotel was super clean and new, and its location was perfect for the activities in the area. I felt safe walking back to the hotel at night, and having a Starbucks in the building was a bonus. The bathroom was very large and the view from my balcony was really nice. I also loved the big swiveling TV in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located near the race start venue. a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

I have to give a special shout-out to the amazing staff at this hotel. Renee went above and beyond to make our stay memorable with her exceptional service. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, situated in a historic area and close to all the sights we wanted to see. The rooms were updated, clean, and offered a beautiful view of downtown. We even had a balcony to enjoy the cityscape. And let's not forget, the breakfast included in our stay was a great bonus!

My recent stay at the Hampton Inn was fantastic. The location of the hotel is very attractive and conveniently located near a free streetcar. The parking situation was questionable, with a big open lot in a high traffic area. the front door being halfway in an alley was odd and made me feel a bit unsafe.

This hotel is in a great area, close to the sights we were interested in, and the prices were reasonable. The rooms were updated and clean, with a nice view of downtown. Having a balcony was a nice touch, especially for people-watching. They also had a delicious breakfast included.

We had a comfortable stay at a centrally located hotel that provided clean rooms, exceptional beds, and important amenities such as a microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker. The staff, especially Benjamin, were friendly and helpful, and the snack bag breakfast was a nice touch. We appreciated the late check-out that allowed us to walk to Union Station, and enjoyed riding on the light rail trolley cars along Main Street.

Some past guests have encountered inconsistencies with room service, parking arrangement, or an awkwardly positioned awning that prevented use of the balcony.
