Loved the friendly staff, great room, awesome pool and hot tub, and convenient parking garage. The location was perfect for exploring the campus and State Street. The customer service was exceptional, instantly moving us to a room that made my mother feel more comfortable. a fantastic stay!

We were in Madison for a weekend getaway and stayed at Hampton Inn. Our room was spotless and the staff was accommodating to our request for a quiet room on the top floor. They even helped us locate and retrieve a forgotten item. The breakfast had a great selection and the lounge area was spacious and comfortable. we felt like we were the first ones to stay in our room and the hotel had a welcoming vibe.

We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items that changed each morning, and the pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a busy day. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to have a small family gathering in the lobby area to celebrate birthdays. The location downtown was convenient and highly recommended.

I recently visited Madison to spend some quality time with my granddaughters. We had a delightful weekend exploring State Street, enjoying meals together, and marveling at the festive lights. The hotel staff at Hampton Inn were incredibly friendly and even provided us with bottles of water and gummy bears. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the pool was a perfect temperature with beach balls for the kids. Complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast, along with convenient parking, added to our enjoyable stay. I had a great stay here! The hotel is located right in the heart of everything, very close to the college and within walking distance of the campus. It's also close to everything in the city, which made it convenient for exploring. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and they were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool which had a perfect temperature and even provided beach balls for the kids to enjoy. The staff was unbelievably friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Furthermore, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including healthy choices.

During our recent stay at the Hampton Inn, we were amazed by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The General Manager even sent me a note to celebrate my recent victory over cancer. The breakfast was tasty, and the hotel took extra precautions to ensure cleanliness. The pool was warm and enjoyable, and the hotel's location was conveniently close to downtown and great restaurants. We especially loved the little surprises like the hot chocolate bar and the complimentary voucher for our anniversary dinner. The staff's genuine care and exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The best aspects of my new year stay were the convenient location and the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel was within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city without needing to use a car. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean, which made for a pleasant night's sleep.

The worst aspect of my stay was the difficulty we faced in trying to stream a church service. Despite being told that we could connect our streaming device to the TV, we struggled to connect to the hotel's wifi.

The pool and hot tub were a highlight of our stay. Despite being busy on Saturday night, we still managed to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. Our room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to sleep peacefully in the comfy bed. The convenience of having Trader Joe's and Whole Foods within walking distance was a pleasant surprise.

Additionally, the housekeeping service fell short of our expectations. They did not clean our room until late in the day and even then, they overlooked several key tasks such as emptying waste baskets and vacuuming the room.
