I felt like I was in a corporate robot hotel, lacking warmth. Breakfast had cheap disposables and the room rate was way too high for what we got.

Hampton Inn was a delightful stay in Brickell. the concierge kindly upgraded us to a suite. the bed was incredibly comfortable like a cloud, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Convenient location near Brickell Station and a variety of great restaurants nearby.

The rooftop pool area offered a relaxing escape with a great view, even though the pool was small. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore downtown Miami, and the staff were accommodating. Improvements could be made in the accuracy of information provided by the receptionists.

Indulge in Tuscan delights and local favorites at 3 Chefs and Gyu-Kaku nearby. Bed's fluffier than a cloud, and staff's friendliness sparkles. Victoria's check-in charm sets a high bar.

Pool's a puddle, but the fierce Miami heat makes a dip divine. Elevators play hide-and-seek, but who needs stairs when you're on cloud nine?

staying at hampton inn was a fantastic experience from start to finish. the convenient location made it easy to access public transportation, and the helpful concierge even offered tips on getting around for free. the breakfast buffet was busy but delicious, with a variety of options. the staff, especially ms nikia, were professional and made us feel completely at home. the secure building and proximity to bars and restaurants added to the overall appeal. we were even surprised with a thoughtful gesture for our 30th wedding anniversary. highly recommend hampton inn.

the hampton inn was super clean and close to the consulate we visited. the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the upgrade we got as hh members made us feel really special. also, the location was great for getting around the city - with the metromover and metrorail station super close.

I keep returning for the amazing hospitality, comfy rooms, and top-notch amenities. On my first stay, the staff even helped with printing docs. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, business center, and more. I can't wait to be back for Christmas!

During my transit stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Miami/Brickell-Downtown, I found the hotel's convenient location to be a major plus. The property is just 0.2 km from the Brickell mover, providing easy access to various Miami attractions. the hotel is only 1.7 km from Bayfront Park, making it accessible for guests wanting to explore the area during a short stay.

While the overall stay was adequate, I did experience some minor inconveniences with the hotel staff. However, these issues did not significantly impact the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.

The hotel's decoration was just lovely, with cozy sitting areas and beautiful artwork that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained, making it easy for senior folks like myself to navigate and enjoy. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was superb, with easy-to-use elevators and spacious hallways that made getting around a breeze.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children of the staff could provide a bit more assistance with luggage.

I chose this hotel for a work conference and was impressed by the free 24-Hour Business Center with multiple PCs and Mac. It made it convenient for me to catch up on work and print out important documents without any hassle. The touchscreen PCs were efficient, and the availability of two printers saved me time.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or private workspace within the hotel.

While the parking was available, it was a bit confusing and incurred an additional fee. It would be more convenient if parking was included in the room rate to avoid any confusion for guests.

The hotel was a fantastic choice for our Miami trip – it's in a prime spot in the cool Brickell area, near public transport and bucket-list restaurants. Staff was super friendly and quick to help, shoutout to Jorge Rodriguez! The rooms were spacious, refurbished, and had massive comfy beds. Wish they had good espresso for brekkie or at the bar for us Europeans, but no biggie. a top-notch stay with great vibes! 🌴

As longer term business travellers, we were impressed with the database's mention of the amazing asset of having conditioning in every room. The location near the Mexican Consulate was convenient, with only a short 2 block walk away. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk and concierge were very helpful and attentive to our questions and requests. The bar/restaurant staff and bartenders were also friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast selection exceeded our expectations with a pleasant variety of food and drinks. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to excellent restaurants and the Metro Mover made it even more convenient for exploring the area.

We felt welcomed into the family during our stay and have no complaints.

The room was spacious, well-appointed, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The desk chair was large for a downtown property and in great shape, providing a comfortable work space. The amenities were great, clean, and there were enough towels without any issues. the room came with a fridge, coffee maker, and treats, making the stay even more enjoyable.

We ended up on a "Spring Break" floor. I was unable to sleep well during our 3 nights there.
