During our Columbus trip, we stayed in a nice hotel near many stores in a charming neighborhood. Our room was cozy and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast, including fresh fruit, waffles, and maple sausage. The bathroom and facilities were in good condition, and we enjoyed taking a pleasant walk in the area.

There was a minor mixup with the payment when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved.

What a weekend! We had a great time and couldn't be more grateful. the complimentary breakfast was simply delightful, with individually sealed coffee cups and heaps of options. the hotel was close to everything we needed, which we totally appreciated. Plus, the room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate. We also enjoyed the pool, perfect to relax after a long day.

We found it impossible to cancel the reservation when we had to, the website was confusing, and we had to pay for a stay we didn't actually have. It's so important to make things easy for guests during what are often stressful situations.
