I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional - from the friendly reception staff during check-in to the night porter who made our visit memorable. They were genuinely interested in our experience and even asked about my home country, the UK. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking garage with elevator access was convenient, and there was a shopping center right across the street. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, surpassing my expectations compared to other hotels I've stayed in. I would definitely book here again.

The location of the hotel was convenient, especially if you have a car. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast provided was standard for a hotel but still appreciated. Another positive aspect was the covered parking, which was great, especially during inclement weather.

There were a few minor issues with cleanliness in the room, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. the water pressure in the shower was quite poor, which made it difficult to rinse off properly.

The spacious rooms and functional layout were perfect for us as older guests. The staff was friendly and informative, and the gym and pool were a nice addition. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was greatly appreciated.

The hotel was conveniently located, with well-lit underground parking and spacious rooms. The breakfast was decent and there were complimentary drinks available in the dining hall 24/7. The reception staff were kind and helpful.

The housekeeping was questionable as one bed had a messy comforter and a bath towel was folded sloppily.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure in the clean and well-maintained facility. The convenient location allowed for easy access to shopping and the city. The parking garage with elevator access was a plus, and the staff was pleasant.
