For the price we paid, the value was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and inviting, with a super comfy bed. The location of the hotel was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, specifically in the juice selection.

Great location with easy access to many colleges and restaurants. The concierge was terrific and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, a small sofa/sofabed, and a large desk. The AC worked great and the bathroom had a large jacuzzi tub and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

The room layout was a little odd, with the bathroom area open to the rest of the room. The toilet had its own door, but the light was very bright and could have used a nightlight.

The $50 deposit for incidentals was not clearly explained, and it tied up my money when I needed it for other things. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service during my stay, which was problematic when I needed to leave.

The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep, despite being on the parking lot side. The hotel facilities, including the exercise room, were in good working order. We especially enjoyed the variety of choices at breakfast and the availability of coffee all day.

My recent stay at Hampton Inn in Poughkeepsie was fantastic! I stayed for a week and the staff were friendly and helpful, recommending an amazing local Italian restaurant with delicious handmade pizza. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the bold roast coffee was the perfect wake-up call. The dining room was lovely and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfy. a clean and comfortable stay with excellent service.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was conveniently located near attractions like the Vanderbilt Mansion. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. Another positive aspect was the breakfast, which had a good variety of items and was prepared well. We appreciated the assistance from the breakfast staff as well, who made us feel welcome.

We were disappointed with the size and layout of the room. It was too small for a romantic escape, especially for two adults.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel during Easter. the staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean. the pool and hot tub were enjoyable amenities. the location was convenient, close to the Poughkeepsie Raceway and a nearby mall with lots of stores for teenagers to explore.

There were a couple of drawbacks. we would have liked a refrigerator in our room, especially since we were traveling with a child.

the whole place was very clean and well maintained. the room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to create a separate area for our baby's crib without feeling cramped. the hotel staff, particularly Ethan, were amazing. They were incredibly accommodating, even working with us to arrange a late check-out for a wedding the next day. Ethan went above and beyond in providing everything we needed during our stay. We were also able to request a refrigerator and microwave, which the hotel promptly provided. the front desk informed us as soon as the pool became available, showing their attentiveness to our needs.

I absolutely loved the upgraded room I stayed in at the Hampton Inn. It was like a fabulous suite, and $65 cheaper than a room at the Holiday Inn up the road. The staff at the front desk were excellent and very attentive to my needs. The cleanliness of the room, especially considering I travel with a dog, was impressive. The hot breakfast was also a highlight, with a well-presented spread of healthy options.
