Great staff and nice perks

Super friendly staff at check-in and breakfast. Loved the variety at breakfast, plus the lobby with hot drinks was a nice touch. Parking was super close too. Carl was awesome and made checking in easy! Just found the pool a bit dirty with hair floating around, which wasn't fun.

The comfortable bed, fluffy bedding, exceptional housekeeping, enjoyable pool area, relaxing atmosphere.

As adventure travelers, we loved the variety of amenities offered at this hotel. The pool and gym provided a great way to stay active, and we enjoyed the convenient access to a nearby mall. The free buffet breakfast had a wide selection, perfect for fueling up before our outdoor adventures. The hotel's location right off the highway made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

The hotel is located in a great area near Crabtree mall and convenient to all major tourist sights. The lobby and breakfast area were large and nicely uplifted. Additionally, there was a little area to the left which had a closing door for privacy.

The hotel rooms lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave, which is disappointing for the price point.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated near Crabtree Mall with numerous dining options in the surrounding area. It was definitely value for money and I appreciated the attention to detail.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Crabtree Valley for a week-long business trip. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff and a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to the nearby sister hotel. The decor and cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and my room was comfortable and odor-free. The breakfast each morning was fresh and presented beautifully.

Great breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from. the staff attending the breakfast area was exceptional, always making sure everything was well stocked and clean. Also, the location of the hotel was convenient, with many restaurants and attractions nearby.

One negative experience occurred during our stay. On the day of check-out, we were startled when a housekeeper opened our door without permission.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Raleigh. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was lovely and the hotel facilities were great. The hotel was clean and modern, and the parking was convenient as the back parking lot was always empty. This made it easy for me to park right at the door and go straight to the elevator. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was close to Carter Finley Stadium, which is great for both business and pleasure in the Raleigh area.
