I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast selection was great, although I wish bacon or sausage was available every day. The buffet hours were also convenient, from 6am-10am. The bed was comfortable and the room had a microwave and a good-sized mini fridge. I appreciated the availability of coffee in the lobby and that breakfast was included in the price.

This hotel is a hidden gem, nestled just off the main street. The location is perfect for exploring Shasta Mountain and attending local church services. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with high-end finishes that add a touch of luxury. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of options to satisfy every craving.

The hotel rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and even a cozy couch to relax on. The attention to detail is evident, from the white covers on the beds to the basic amenities provided for our convenience. The free parking and the hotel's downtown location, within walking distance of restaurants, are definite pluses.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby and breakfast area were beautiful, with high ceilings and nice artwork. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and seating. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to old downtown, where we enjoyed dining at Jacks for steaks and exploring the area.

The service at the hotel was consistently superb and the staff were efficient and friendly. the beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's central location made it convenient to access several good restaurants. Additionally, the hotel offered a varied breakfast selection and a happy hour with wine and beer, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

The breakfast experience could be improved. There were often delays in replenishing the hot breakfast items, resulting in some guests leaving without being able to try them.

This hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the service was good. the room cleaning staff was excellent. the complimentary breakfast was on par with my expectations and included a hot main, oatmeal and fixings, waffles and fixings, juice and fruit and cold cereal options. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately the pool heater was down, so we didn’t even try that option during our stay. the front desk staff member was friendly and helpful and apologized that the pool is currently more of an “arctic plunge.

We always choose Hampton Inn when traveling to CA, and the Redding location is consistently the best. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The hotel is well-maintained and immaculately clean, with attention to detail that makes a difference. Despite the scorching temperatures outside, the room was a cool oasis, thanks to the efficient A/C. Plus, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the complimentary breakfast had ample seating.
