Great stay with a fantastic location

Loved how close this place is to the riverwalk—it's literally just outside! Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was really good. The rooftop pool had awesome views and was nice to chill at. Just a heads-up, parking gets pricey at $40 a day for valet. The elevators used a keycard system which felt a bit awkward sometimes.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic, but once settled, the staff worked hard to make up for it. The breakfast had room for improvement, but the cozy feel of the hotel and the warm hospitality, especially from Michael, made our stay enjoyable. The location on the Riverwalk was superb, and the cleanliness of the rooms was a definite plus. Valet parking was pricey, and the view from our room wasn't the best, but the peaceful back entrance right by the river was a pleasant surprise.

Smart choice for a little getaway in San Antonio with definitely value for money. Exceptional friendly staff throughout our stay.

While the location and cleanliness were top-notch at Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk, the cleanliness in our room left much to be desired. Despite friendly staff, valet service was lacking efficiency. Overall, a decent stay but improvements needed for a return visit.

The view of the riverwalk from my room was breathtaking! right by the river, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast included for late risers. Only downside was the room decor. overall, great stay! 🌊

During our stay for a family trip to visit the nearby attractions, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near the Riverwalk and various restaurants. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff was quick to assist us during check-in. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the pleasant atmosphere at the pool. The valet service was helpful, although there was a slight wait time. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again in the future and recommend it to others.

The comfortable beds were a highlight. Breakfast was generous, and the staff was friendly. Security key access impressed. Construction nearby was the only inconvenience. Parking fees may seem steep, but the convenience and cleanliness make up for it.

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed, like a fridge and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was really nice, and I loved the designer toiletries. I also appreciated having free WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace.

I personally found the electric kettle a bit unnecessary, but I know others might find it useful.

At the hotel, conveniently set in the Downtown-Riverwalk district, my room had a mini kitchen area and lounge. It felt like having my own cozy apartment within the bustling city. The spacious layout made me feel at home, and I could easily relax after a day of exploring the historic sites.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting because it provides featured amenities like a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. The business center was well-equipped and provided a quiet space for me to work before my meeting. The express check-in and check-out made my stay efficient and hassle-free.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities within the hotel.

The breakfast was one of the best ever, with a great variety of options. The room was modern and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV, USB plugs, and a clean bathroom. The elevators were impressive in size and speed. The unlimited 24-hour coffee bar was a fantastic perk.
