We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. The location was also great, as it was close to the Riverwalk and convenient for exploring downtown attractions.

The breakfast was one of the best ever, with a great variety of options. The room was modern and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV, USB plugs, and a clean bathroom. The elevators were impressive in size and speed. The unlimited 24-hour coffee bar was a fantastic perk.

The breakfast at Hampton Inn was amazing! They had a great selection including eggs, breakfast meats, and even some healthy options. The breakfast area was spacious with beautiful views, making it a delightful dining experience.

My husband and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon and were greeted by exceptional staff. The housecleaning was impeccable, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. We were upgraded to a complimentary king suite, which was fantastic. The hot breakfast was the best I've ever had. The walking distance to the riverwalk was short and sweet, and valet service was quick and efficient. more than a 5-star experience!

We loved our stay in this hotel. It was so convenient to downtown attractions such as Riverwalk and Alamo Square. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower in the bathroom. The service was amazing; the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options available. The facility offered everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The valet parking service was not up to our expectations.

Rooms were meticulously cleaned daily, with fresh towels and made beds. Complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. Convenient location near the river walk. Upgraded to a Double Queen Suite with a balcony overlooking the Fiesta Riverwalk Parade. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Great location - close to the Riverwalk and key attractions. The room set up was also good, especially for families with kids.

The room we were assigned was filthy and had a musty smell. There was hair all over the bathroom and shower from the previous guest. We had to sanitize the room ourselves for safety. The bunk beds in our room were unstable and made loud noises every time the kids moved. The hotel also lacked cleanliness in general, with dirty mirrors and an uncleaned bathroom. The pool area was messy and overcrowded. The valet service was slow, and the car was parked far away. it was a disappointing experience and we won't be returning.

The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valet parking attendants. They provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs.

The view from our room was disappointing, with abandoned buildings and broken windows. It was also quite far from the main attractions, making it less convenient to get around.

The location was excellent, with many nearby attractions to visit. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spotless. The breakfast had a nice selection, and the coffee was excellent. I appreciated the friendly front desk staff's efficient check-in and check-out process. Despite the cost of the valet, the service was prompt and professional. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money. The staff offers excellent service and the basic amenities are all in working order. The location is very convenient for both downtown attractions and Alamo square, as well as being near Riverwalk. A balcony room is a great addition and breakfast is included.
