Treated like they've known us for years

We recently stayed at a hotel for a karate tournament and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious queen suite at Hampton Inn & Suites. Our three kids loved it and we found our new favorite chain of hotels. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was excellent, saving us money. The location was perfect, close to downtown.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The hotel had a convenient location, close to where we needed to be during the day. It was also freeway close, making it easy to get around. the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

There were some negative aspects to our experience. the pool was dirty and it took two days for it to be cleaned.

Ground floor room near entry for easy access. Accommodated wheelchair needs. Granddaughters felt welcome. Good breakfast. Early check-in for baby. Spacious rooms. Nice toiletries. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable rate. Prompt TV fix. Good breakfast.

Convenient shuttle service to and from the airport was a plus. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome upon arrival. the breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable.

The noise from airplanes taking off throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. the walls of the hotel were not soundproof, allowing sound from neighboring rooms and hallway discussions to easily disturb the peace.

Great family hotel for the price. The queen suite was bigger than expected and perfect for our family. The free breakfast was excellent and saved us money.

Thin walls made for rough nights. We could hear snoring, flushing toilets, footsteps, and truck alarms.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, and the room exceeded our expectations in terms of size and comfort. The location was convenient for our needs, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.

The morning meal could benefit from a wider variety of options.

Clean, modern interior with art. Spacious front room, friendly staff. Included breakfast with waffle option. Power outage not ideal, but rest of stay was comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the SAP center, making it a great option for those attending events like Paul McCartney concerts. The breakfast area offers plenty of seating for guests, and the friendly staff at the front entrance area provide a warm welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with crisp and soft sheets, and there are various amenities such as a pool and plenty of towels available.

The parking lot lacks security measures such as cameras, which may discourage some guests from staying at the hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and come with very comfortable beds and many pillows. The location is perfect, being near virtually everything you could need in the city. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent with lots of options. All at a great value for the price.
