We enjoyed the convenient location for exploring nearby attractions and dining options. the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel were top-notch. the breakfast selection was varied, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

At my first stay, staff shared helpful town info. This place suits me perfectly - Internet, free parking, luggage storage, fitness center. I love the outdoor pool! Coming back for city trip; 24-hour reception, laundry, and elevator are great amenities too.

The location was ideal, easy to access between the two living areas with the Bass Pro shop right across the street. We loved the proximity to the Pigeon Forge area and courthouse in Sevierville. The room was adequate and the bathroom was clean; however, it lacked some amenities. Breakfast was alright, with some decent options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant.

The price was a bit steep compared to other hotels in the area.

This hotel has a great location up on a hill, away from the main area of Serverville. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are kept clean and the breakfast is delicious with a nice variety of options.

Professional desk clerk, clean facilities, and quiet rooms. Directv channels are a bonus.

The breakfast offered was great and helped us start our days off with a bang! the staff were super helpful and friendly, giving us great advice on the area. the tickets to local events were a fantastic bonus. the location allowed us to easily venture out and explore the surrounding area.

Our room had a couple of minor issues, including a broken shower door that wasn't fixed until the next morning. the shower head didn't quite live up to expectations and was lacking in water pressure.

The location was great, just off the highway and near Pigeon Forge. We loved the clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was decent, with unlimited coffee. Although we missed the cookies in the evenings, it was a minor issue. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
