We were warmly greeted by Brittany, who was exceptionally hospitable. the hotel was impeccably clean and peaceful, with comfy beds and a well-maintained room and bathroom. the staff was super friendly and always went the extra mile. the breakfast spread was delicious, and the hot options varied daily, providing a pleasant start to our mornings. the location was convenient, offering easy access to Emerald Isle, and ample parking. We felt at home thanks to the welcoming atmosphere.

The staff was outstanding and promptly provided forgotten items. The hotel was very clean and had friendly staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The location was close to the ocean and beaches, but not too touristy. The pool was nice and the front desk staff was helpful in checking out early.

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room at Hampton Inn. The location was convenient for beach access, the military base, and fishing. The staff treated us like family and were extremely helpful and kind.

As a backpacker, I loved the availability of tea and coffee at the entrance. The staff was outstanding and very impressive. The location was away from the touristy business but still a short drive away from places and activities. The room and facility were so clean that I walked barefoot on the hotel carpet for the first time. The bed and comforter were also exceptionally clean. The hot breakfast options were great, with scrambled eggs, bacon, home fry potatoes, and various carb options. The second morning offered egg white frittatas, maple smoked sausage, and bacon. I had an excellent stay and would definitely return if in the area!

The door closing mechanism was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep through the night. the pillows provided were a bit thin for our liking, and the bathroom could use some updating to match the price point.

Couldn't fault anything!

During my New Year's stay at this hotel, I really liked the fact that they offered a complimentary breakfast. It was a great convenience, especially in the morning when I didn't want to go out searching for food. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient. It was situated near the wedding site I was attending, as well as being close to the town of Swansboro. This made it easy to explore the area and attend the wedding without any hassle. Lastly, I enjoyed the pleasant staff. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like about this hotel. the beds were not comfortable.

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Conveniently located between Camp Lejeune and Emerald Isle. Plus, the mini kitchenette was a great feature for a longer stay.

The bed was really uncomfortable with a permanent dip in the middle. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the room would not be cleaned and fresh towels would need to be picked up from the front desk.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to stores and restaurants. It made it convenient to grab a quick bite to eat or pick up any necessities we needed. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. the bedding and towels were of good quality, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the staff was also very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service.

One negative aspect of our stay was the excessive police presence outside on the main road. We were pulled over twice, which was quite annoying, especially since we had a toddler with us.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Helpful staff at the front desk saved me money. Memorable stay with amazing memories. Kids received breakfast bags even when they slept late. Kind and helpful night desk. Shout out to housekeeping for a clean and comfortable room.
