The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with four fluffy pillows on each bed. The temperature control in the room was perfect when we arrived. We appreciated the 24/7 availability of coffee, and the breakfast spread was fabulous with plenty of options to choose from. The pool was great, with a pleasant water temperature and not too crowded. the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The breakfast spread at Hampton Inn was undeniably amazing! With a wide selection of hot and cold options like eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, toast. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant dining experience. Additionally, the hotel's location right off the highway made it convenient for travelers. Despite some rooms being a tad outdated and lower quality, the overall experience was good. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located just down the hill, on the outskirts of town, offering a peaceful setting and beautiful views of the surrounding fields of blue. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a fridge and sink area. The friendly and helpful staff, including Patty at the front desk, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is varied and tasty, with different hot entrees served daily.

Some guests experienced issues with noise from machinery in the room, which was not adequately resolved.

I recently stayed at a hotel in West Bend and I couldn't be happier with the value for my money. The room was really nice and comfortable, and the location was great for visiting my family in the area. The staff at the hotel, from the moment I arrived to when I checked out, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made me feel right at home!

When it came to the breakfast offerings, I would have loved to see some healthier options available. There were plenty of choices, but it would have been nice to have more low-sugar and nutritious alternatives to balance out the high sugar options.

Excellent Stay During Easter Holiday Surprisingly Nice Rooms

I recently had an excellent stay at a hotel in West Bend during the Easter holiday. the hotel had fantastic complementary breakfast and fast Wi-Fi making it easy for us to search for nearby attractions. its strategic location made it easier to enjoy both the city's attractions and outdoor activities with my family.

I had a great experience at this hotel! the staff were absolutely awesome. They were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were cozy and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast. It was much better than what I've had at other hotels, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. I was impressed with the attention to detail and value for money this hotel provided.

Everything was just fine.

The room was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day of business. the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. the breakfast offered a good variety of food and was inviting each morning. the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful during my stay.

The room did not have a bathtub, only a shower, which was inconvenient for bathing our toddler. Additionally, there was a fee to use a pack n play for our toddler to sleep in, which was unexpected and not something we have encountered at other hotels.

We got excellent value for our money with a spacious room that exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal and the staff treated us with utmost courtesy and satisfaction.

For breakfast, it would be great to have more vegetarian options.
