our stay at the hotel was exceptional, exceeding our expectations. the king suite felt like a luxurious apartment, beautifully designed. the entire hotel was well maintained and clean, with a stunning breakfast/lobby area. a truly memorable experience.

Hallway had an unpleasant smell.

The spacious room was a positive aspect of my stay. It provided enough room for all of us and the king-size bed was very nice. the location was convenient as it had easy access to major highways and nearby dining and shopping options.

There were several negative aspects of my experience. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with a noticeable smell of wet carpet and a thick layer of dust on the headboard.

The hotel's location near various shopping areas and restaurants is a perfect fit for anyone looking to explore the area. Additionally, the rooms are clean and so comfortable, making it a great value for the price.

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel in Wilmington for 2 nights and had a great experience. The comfortable bed worked wonders on my back pain from a long car ride. The entire place was impeccably clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. They offered a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold options, all served in a spotless dining area. The front desk attendants were fantastic, as always, and the buffet attendants were also very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was new and well-maintained, and the staff was efficient and well-trained. The pool was a great addition. What really made this hotel stand out were the freebies like the delicious breakfast, free coffee all day, free newspapers, and the thoughtful "to go" happy pack. It's a refreshing change from other hotels that nickel and dime you for everything.
