I recently stayed at Hampton Inn, Summersville for a quick overnight stop. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean, which gave me peace of mind. This Hampton Inn is dog-friendly, a delightful surprise for a loyal fan like me. Also, the beds were as comfortable as always, and the breakfast service was excellent. Furthermore, the recent remodeling made my stay even more enjoyable. Hands down, this is the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time.

They even had extra amenities like USB charging stations and ottomans for extra seating. the high ceilings gave the room a nice spacious feeling. the staff was very courteous and we were greeted with cookies upon arrival. We also appreciated the fresh coffee and hot water available. the breakfast was good and they had a nice variety of options. the rooms were quiet and we had a comfortable sleep with the duvets. our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was in poor condition and desperately needed repairs. the carpets were stained, the walls had scuffs and cracks, and the furniture was outdated.
