My family and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Hampton Inn. The front desk clerk was friendly and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within a 1-5 mile radius. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was great, and there were plenty of toiletries provided. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared by the friendly lady each morning. The hotel had a warm and inviting environment, with nearby restaurants and shopping malls. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond by contacting us promptly after our departure to inform us that they could ship our forgotten items to us. They even covered the shipping charges! This level of customer service was truly exceptional and has made us consider staying at Hilton properties more often. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and provided excellent customer service. They made check, in easy and were very welcoming. I also appreciated their honesty and reliability when it came to returning items we left behind. the breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay, always delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the well, lit parking lot made us feel safe and secure during our visit.

One aspect we didn't like was the placement of the rocking chairs outside the entry door. They were a bit too close to accommodate both smokers and non, smokers comfortably.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - I was just steps away from the elevator, which made it incredibly easy to get around. The service was top-notch - the staff was always available to help with room service or laundry, and the room amenities were fantastic. I was able to enjoy ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities in the room itself. The bath/shower was lovely and the hair dryer was a nice added touch. Plus, the television was a great way to unwind after a long day.

Although my stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. when I decided to extend my stay by calling ahead, I had to switch rooms which was a bit inconvenient.
