There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. there were issues with cleanliness, including stains on the bedspread and a lack of attention from housekeeping in replacing the ice bucket and its liner.

The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food. the hotel was located in a perfect area with easy access to main roads and sites. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and spacious. the parking lot was kept tidy and well-lit.

The only problem I experienced was the noisy air conditioning unit, which made sleeping difficult. There were also issues with the internet connection, which kept dropping.
