Great stay with accommodating staff

I really enjoyed my time here! The staff was super friendly, especially the breakfast lady and Collin at night. The pool and gym were perfect for the kids. We had a spacious room with a nice TV too. Breakfast choices left a bit to be desired, though. Oh, and bring your own toilet paper – yikes!

stayed at this hotel again and Hampton Inn did not disappoint! The modern and clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast made our stay memorable. The free shuttle to Turning Stone was a plus too. Highly recommend!

The hotel had everything I needed - a heated pool, a fitness center, and a 24/7 market. Plus, the complimentary shuttle to the casino was a lifesaver.

The bathroom lights flickered and there were fruit flies, but hey, at least the rest of the room was clean! What a "fluke" of nature.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Verona for a family wedding. The property was new and modern, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was kept clean throughout our stay. We loved the convenience of the free shuttle to the nearby casino, and the outdoor sitting area was a great place to relax. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and despite the slightly higher cost, it was well worth it. The breakfast offered a variety of choices for everyone, and the pool and gym were both enjoyable amenities. Additionally, the proximity to the wedding venue and the nearby convenience store was a bonus. The firepit and sitting area provided a wonderful space for evening conversations with family and friends.

The location of the hotel is perfect for party people as it is very close to the casino. You can easily walk to the casino or take a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The always fresh 24-hour coffee and tea bar is a nice bonus, and the pool area and gym are wonderful facilities to relax and unwind after a night of partying.

There was only one small trash can in the bathroom, which could be inconvenient if you have a lot of trash.

we had an issue with our reservation upon check-in, which caused some inconvenience. the beds were also quite uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and offered no support.

The hotel is super close to Turning Stone Casino Resort, so we didn't have to worry about transportation. Plus, they have a complimentary shuttle service that runs 24/7! We also went hiking nearby and the location was perfect for that too. Eugene, one of the staff members, was so awesome and made our stay even more fun!

If I had to ask for one thing, it would be more late-night options for young party-goers. It would've been awesome if the hotel had a cool bar or a lounge with live music.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn. the hotel was very clean and the staff were courteous and friendly. One staff member that made a big impression on us was the gentleman from the laundry who took the time to ask us if we needed any assistance in the lobby area. It was a nice gesture and made us feel welcomed. the room was well-equipped with a fridge and coffee maker, and the shower pressure was excellent. the breakfast had a good variety of options and we especially loved the fantastic oatmeal and scrambled eggs. Parking was also convenient and easily accessible. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
