The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious fruit smoothies.

The only small issue we encountered was a dis-functional feature in the room, but overall we had a great stay.

Convenient Location: This hotel is ideally situated, just a 10-minute drive from downtown Visalia and outside of the National Parks. For those on a business trip or looking for a quick stopover, it's perfect. Spacious and Clean Rooms: The rooms in this hotel were both clean and spacious, providing ample space for families with children. The inclusion of a mini fridge and microwave was a definite plus. Variety in Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast offered at this hotel was above average in terms of variety and quality. I especially enjoyed their delicious sweet sausage and Denver omelet, along with the fresh potato obriens.

This hotel is located in a great spot for getting around quickly. It's situated in a peaceful area of town but still really close to two major highways. The rooms are quiet and clean, with accommodating staff and a great free breakfast.

The towels are getting a bit worn, which might be bothersome for some guests.

Complimentary breakfast and coffee to go were great touches. Location near the highway made it easy for me to continue my journey. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities needed for a cozy night's sleep.

The noise from the highway was unbearable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the staff at the front desk were snotty and incompetent, trying to overcharge me and not explaining the additional hold fee on my credit card.
