I had a great stay at this hotel in DC. The location is convenient, being close to Union Station and within walking distance of Union Market. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a fridge and microwave. Plus, the bed was really comfortable and I even had a great view of the skyline.

No issues to report, everything was fine.

I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel allowed me to check in early at 11 AM, even though the normal check-in time was 4 PM. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, the free shuttle to Union Station was a convenient bonus.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Union Station, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being in a not so nice area of town, the hotel provides a safe and comfortable environment. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and have a view of the skyline. Basic amenities, including toiletries, are provided, and the breakfast is included in the stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and clean bed linen. The hotel offered hot beverages at any time and the staff was very helpful, assisting with local codes for our overseas phones. The shuttle bus to and from Union Station was a bonus, and the drivers shared useful information. the facilities were excellent and the staff was friendly.

We felt truly looked after and had no complaints whatsoever.

The transportation service, specifically the shuttle to Union Station, was always available with minimal waiting time. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the city sites. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and everything was well-maintained. the staff, breakfast, transportation, and cleanliness were the standout features of my stay.

The hotel had a clean and modern room and the buffet breakfast had a good selection. The hotel shuttle to Union Station was very convenient and saved me from having to move my car all weekend.

The bed was hard and the air conditioning system would turn off, making the room hot at times. The area around the hotel initially seemed rough, but I found interesting places to explore within walking distance, such as a movie theater, Union Market, and Trader Joe's.

The hotel is new, bright, and cheerful, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. We appreciated the amenities like the fridge and microwave in the room. The free shuttle service was a huge plus, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit Union Station and The Mall. The hotel staff, especially Nathan, Lydia, Miri, and Cynthia. The area is being redeveloped with another hotel coming up, which is exciting. we had a great stay and will definitely return.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that despite its location in a "sketchy" area, this place is wonderful. The staff was great, the service is wonderful and I could never ask for any better services. Throughout my stay, I had a few bumps and trials and the staff here at the hotel made it very accommodating to my issues on the shuttle van. In addition to that, the leisure indoor swimming pool was great for relaxing and the flat-screen TV in the room was a bonus.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
