This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. The staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I’ll be back for Christmas!

The hotel features spacious rooms and a satisfactory breakfast with a good variety. However, there is a noticeable maintenance issue, such as the strange smell in the hallways and the safety latch being broken in my room. It's a decent choice for a short stay, but the management should attend to these aspects for an enhanced experience.

I loved the spacious and very clean room! The breakfast was surprisingly diverse, featuring everything from eggs and sausage to fresh waffles. The staff were friendly and even offered me water upon check-in.

However, the pool was out of service, which was a letdown. The elevators were also acting up, causing a bit of delay. I did notice the carpets in the hallway looked a bit worn, which was surprising for a newer hotel.

The large queen room was super comfy, with an alarm clock, ironing facilities, radio, shower, and a tea/coffee maker. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was solid with make-your-own waffles and cheese omelets. The staff were upbeat, offering water during check-in and check-out, which was a nice touch. Really enjoyed it.

We loved our stay at this cozy spot, especially with our three dogs! We enjoyed breakfast while our kids explored the nearby Palace Theater, a fantastic cultural spot that took us back in time. It felt like a home away from home.

this hotel had a good breakfast choice and free coffee in the lobby which was nice. the room had a small fridge and microwave which i love when traveling. staff was helpful and friendly, made me feel welcome. the fitness center was decent too. overall, clean vibe and good location.

but man, the noise from the other rooms was unbearable, couldn’t sleep at all. also, the bed wasn’t comfy so that made it worse.
