i thought this place was lovely until i needed a pillow and blanket for the pull-out couch and they flat out ignored me, not to mention the noise from the traffic by the pool was unbearable. as a wellearning traveller, i expected a complimentary gift to make up for such inconveniences but alas, nothing. just couldn’t give a better rating.

Utilize the parlor room in the lobby for a relaxing break. it's spacious and well-furnished, perfect for unwinding away from your room.

However, the noise from the turnpike can be quite disruptive, especially if you're trying to relax by the pool. Additionally, I experienced issues getting supplies like extra pillows and blankets. requests seemed to go unnoticed, which led to a less-than-ideal sleeping situation. Also, there are occasional billing discrepancies reported by guests that could leave you grappling with unexpected charges.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, but the gym definitely needs some upgrades.

The kids loved the pool, and the hotel was a perfect spot for our adventures, like heading out to the Kravis Center for a fun show. The breakfasts were decent too, giving us a good start to our busy days.

My wife says that the staff could improve on room requests, especially for pillows and blankets for the kids. It would be great if they ensured all guest needs were fulfilled promptly.

The pool was stunning, and I appreciated the staff's proactive help with my needs during my stay. Cate at the front desk was fantastic and understanding.

the mattress was uncomfortable , and the lobby furniture felt outdated. however, the breakfast room was lovely with a nice view of the pool. staff were super cheerful and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
