The stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff was always helpful and kind. The rooms were fantastic and cleaned daily. The breakfast had a variety of options, ensuring you didn't get tired of it. The hotel also had an outdoor pool, perfect for those who want to relax and swim. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

One downside was the noise level. Our room was located next to the lobby, and it was quite noisy, especially during the early hours.

The hotel's convenient location, pleasant staff, cleanliness, ample parking, and easy room access were all standout features. I particularly enjoyed the nice view of the pool from my room and the attractive furniture and decor. However, the most remarkable aspect of my stay was the exceptional staff, especially Mike, Lee, and the front desk team, who went above and beyond to assist with any needs and made my stay enjoyable.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of the hotel, adjacent to a strip mall. It was great for families and there were national chain restaurants nearby. Walking distance from Restaurant 99 and a fantastic wine store called "Table and Cine" that offered charcuterie and cheese to pair with the wine. If you're from the NYC area and have a cooler, make sure to stop by Aldi, where you can find milk for only $1.49 per gallon, which is unheard of in NYC.

I felt at home instantly at Hampton Inn West Springfield and had nothing to complain about.
