The beds were amazing and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. We ran out of milk for our baby and instead of telling me where the nearest store was, they gave us two cups to last the night. Breakfast was great with 2 different flavors for the waffles and a nice assortment of juices and smoothies.

The breakfast had a good variety of options, including a tasty turkey option for those who don't eat beef or pork. Additionally, the hotel was just a short drive away from the Grand Park sports complex.

The shared barn door for the bathroom and closet wasn't very functional for families, as it didn't lock and could cause inconvenience when multiple people were using the space.

The room itself was extremely comfortable, with amazing beds that provided a great night's sleep. During Christmas, we had a great stay at a hotel that offered yummy cookies upon our arrival and free hot chocolate every evening. The location was very convenient with a mall and restaurants nearby. We liked the indoor pool that was well-maintained and had plenty of towels available.

The food choices were repetitive and didn't change during our stay. the breakfast room was often crowded and we had to wait for tables to be available.

The heated pool was a great perk during our stay. However, there was a small hiccup as the key was mistakenly taken home by an employee, so we couldn't use it. It was a bit disappointing, especially for my toddler who was excited to go swimming. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and overall I would recommend this hotel.
