Everything is what i need and want.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the comfortable room temperature and cozy bed. The hotel's convenient location near restaurants, Walmart, and a dollar store made it easy to find last-minute items and enjoy meals. Plus, the water park nearby was a fun and exciting activity for the whole family.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. we were not granted a ground floor room as requested, even though the hotel was not busy.

the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Caleb who went above and beyond to assist with printing our concert tickets. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice ambience. We enjoyed the convenient location and the beautiful view from the hotel. the shower was amazing and the bed provided a great night's sleep. we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future.

It is also close to the University of the Cumberlands, making it ideal for those visiting the campus. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast options are plentiful and offer healthy choices. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect for my needs as it was close to the University of the Cumberlands where I had a class, as well as KY Splash, Walmart, and various restaurants. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Stopped at the Hampton Inn on our way back home and we were pleasantly surprised by the efficient and friendly service. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed a nice complimentary breakfast before continuing our journey. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants, Walmart, and gas stations.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, always smiling and very helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and made our stay a great experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise. Unlike other hotels, they offered hot food, specifically biscuits and gravy, in convenient "to go" containers. This was a nice change and made our mornings much better. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, with easy access to main roads and attractions in the area.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The noise level in the hotel was quite high, especially from the neighboring rooms.
